Pacific Mist Botanicals – Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale purchases made

from Pacific Mist Botanicals.  By placing an order with the Company, the buyer

agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 Minimum Order Requirement

• A minimum opening order of $100.00 is required for all first-time wholesale buyers.  Subsequent orders may be subject to minimum purchase requirements at the Company’s discretion.
• Shipping Terms: For all orders, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses. 
• Shipping will be paid for by Pacific Mist Botanicals on any orders exceeding $300.00.  
• Cost of shipping will be added to the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 
• Pacific Mist Botanicals is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.
• All Wholesale permits must be provided to Pacific Mist Botanicals 
• Payment Terms: Approved wholesale accounts may qualify for Net 30 payment terms. Payment is due in full within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of future orders and may incur additional fees.  
• Accepted Payment Methods:  Pacific Mist Botanicals accepts payment through all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additional payment methods may be accepted at the Company’s discretion. 
• Account Approval:  All wholesale accounts are subject to approval by Pacific Mist Botanicals. The Company reserves the right to deny or terminate wholesale privileges at any time.  
• Returns & Claims:  Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. Returns are subject to prior authorization by Pacific Mist Botanicals.  
• Pricing & Product Availability:  All pricing, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.  
• Pacific Mist Botanicals reserves the right to discontinue products at any time.  
• Limitation of Liability:  Pacific Mist Botanicals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of its products.  
• Governing Law:  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable state in which Pacific Mist Botanicals operates.  
• By placing a wholesale order with Pacific Mist Botanicals, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
